This Ice Cream Freezer unit offers you the latest design innovation in freezers. Designed for "lids-off" use on tray make-up lines and for back-of-thehouse as well as serving operations, this unique system has a frost-free compartment where the product is held at 0 degrees Fahrenheit serving temperature, even in high ambience.

This unit is designed to operate for three hours with the lids off, making access easy and fast for tray lines and for self-serving.
